Many people seem to have forgotten that in this country WE THE PEOPLE are the sovereigns. We have no king or queen, and all of our elected representatives are elected to represent US. People must participate in order to see change in the judicial system, political system, or any other government organization! YOU are dramatically affected by the corruption, the waste, and the crimes committed by “government officials”.

Where to Report Bad Lawyers – DO IT!

Where to File to Report Judicial Misconduct – Do It!

What YOU can do about police abuse or prison abuse, or out of control prosecutors, CPS workers, judges, or other officials:

JOIN those marching in our streets across the nation to protest police not being held accountable for their conduct!

Here is what YOU should DO: Contact the U.S. Attorney (U.S. Department of Justice) in your state, IN WRITING – EMAIL AND KEEP A COPY. This is the lawyer who controls Federal Law Enforcement in your jurisdiction (FBI, DEA, ATF, etc). ASK him/her why he/she is not enforcing the laws when it comes to law enforcement officers! With bad cops, name the officer or officers, the police department, describe the incident (date, time, what happened), and demand an investigation.

You explain the problem of abuse in the prison, and ask him (or her) to send in the FBI undercover, like they did in LA a few months ago. They indicted 18 corrections officers in that investigation, and THAT IS WHAT HAS TO HAPPEN TO IMPROVE THE PROBLEM!  GOOGLE “UNITED STATES ATTORNEY FOR xxxxxx (YOUR STATE)” TO GET THE CONTACT INFO, AND THEN START SENDING EMAILS EXPLAINING THE ABUSES AND CALLING FOR THE FBI TO GO IN UNDERCOVER. This is the only effective remedy which will get the attention of out-of control prison guards/officials – a) they seldom are disciplined, b) the union rules make it nearly impossible to fire them, c) the grievance process and internal affairs “investigations” are a complete joke, d) a lawsuit is not the answer because only 1 in 1,000 inmates wins, and then the state, not the people involved, pays any award, and d) justice demands that the law applies to all, and they need to learn this.

Whatever your issue is, SEND THE SAME INFO AS A “LETTER TO EDITOR” TO YOUR LOCAL NEWSPAPERS and a couple of national publications! These letters reach millions. I have over 40 such letters on problems with the criminal justice system “ready to go” = you just modify slightly and add your signature and send them out! Just email me and ask for Letters to Editor! kenabraham3138@gmail.com–kra Don’t just sit there; work a little to improve your country! Whatever issue you write about in a Letter to Editor (mandatory minimum sentences, life sentence for pot … couch it as a national problem, because it is!We have been doing this for over a year now, and we are seeing some results.

If you just sit there, you can be sure nothing will be done to stop these illegal, unnecessary, criminal abuses. Get busy on the keyboard  … take a few minutes  …. and get people to bombard the local U. S.  Attorney – theFederal Department of Justice (same thing – in Washington) to take ACTION! Whatever issue you talk about or write about in a Letter to Editor (mandatory minimum sentences, life sentence for pot … couch it as a national problem, because it is!

With officials such as CPS failing to protect children, write Letters to the Editor and embarrass them in the press, and bombard the Governor with emails  demanding firing and prosecution of those responsible!!

PROSECUTOR MISCONDUCT –Report all bad prosecutors to the Center for Prosecutor Integrity Telephone: 301-801-0608, info@prosecutorintegrity.org, AND to the Bar Association in your state, AND write a Letter to the Editor naming them and describing what they did, and send it to local and to national papers. Couch the problem as a national, major issue, not just your problem (it is!).

It looks great on paper to protect your rights – from prison abuse, police abuse, etc. CALL the AG’s office with any appropriate complaint and ASK FOR ALLISON REARDON OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS AND PUBLIC TRUST Division. Make notes of conversation, date, time, what she says they are going to do, and FOLLOW UP!” Send a copy to Matt Denn, the Attorney General.

How YOU Can Create a Powerful, Effective Force for Reform of our Criminal Justice System

POSTED BY ON MAR 5, 2015 IN FEATURED, OTHER ISSUES, POLICE BRUTALITY, PRISON ABUSE, WAR ON DRUGS | 0 COMMENTS  Yes, everywhere, because it is so important! kra

 Get Empowered!

Yes, “little ole you” can really make a difference, be empowered to reach millions of readers across America and the world. I have been doing this for nearly 3 years now, andeverywhere I go people say “I see your letters in the paper”.

I have hundreds of Letters to the Editor, on many topics –  everything from bad prosecutors and crazy sentencing to the “war on drugs”, ready for you to send out; just pick one, modify to suit your taste, and email, email, email! This works! Nearly everyone, including the decision-makers we want to reach, reads the paper, either in their lap or online.  I have over 40 Letters ready now and I am working on organizing hundreds of others.

Folks, I have not emphasized this enough. We have about 30 people across the country doing this now, but we need hundreds … thousands! I call this our “Improve America Campaign”.

Here is your “Step by step” guide:

1.  Email me at kenabraham3138@gmail.com and ask for Letters to Editor.

2. Google the email addresses for Letter to the Editor for every newspaper in your state. Start with “newspapers in xxxxxxxx”.  Then go to each one’s homepage and get the email address for Letters to Editor. Save those as your primary mailing list (plus a couple of national papers).

3.  You should email a different letter each month, every month. Maybe twice a month if you want to split your email address list into two.

4. You will send each one to every newspaper in your state, and a few national ones (U S A Today, Chicago Tribune, The New York Times).  I have a list of email addresses for hundreds of media outlets – papers, TV, radio, internet, etc. I can send you that; just ask for “media email list”

5. You can pick an item on our website and convert it to a Letter to the Editor! You have my permission to use anything I write.

Remember:

a. Send the email to yourself and bcc to all other addressees – so they don’t see that all the others got it.

b. Copy and paste at random about 10 or 15 of the hundreds of media email addresses I send you, if you ask for that, and add them on the bcc bar of addressees each time -a different 10 or 15 each time.

c. Pick a topic, a Letter, and modify it to suit your taste (or not!) and to fit your particular facts. i.e. if you live in Arizona and are doing one on out of control cops, you might google “how many citizens are killed by police in Arizona each year?”. Then you can state the national figure (about 1,100 per year, up from earlier “counts” of over 400) and add, “In Arizona alone, xxx people were killed by police” last year (or “each year”).

d. Couch the problem as a national one, because no doubt it is.

e. Refer readers to our website, www.citizensforcriminaljustice.net ; if you have a particular article in mind, mention it. i.e. Go to www.citizensforcriminaljustice.net, click on Prison Abuse, and read “Why Prison Abuse is Bad, Bad, Policy”.

f. Tickle your calendar to send one at least once each month; much more and they just will ignore you.

g. Sign with name, city and state, “Member, Citizens for Criminal Justice”, www.citizensforcriminaljustice.net , and your phone number – this creates “brand recognition” for CCJ and gives you the gravitas of being a member of a group.  Be sure to include your phone number often they call to be sure you wrote it before they print it.You may never know how many papers print your Letters – I don’t, but I do know they do not always call. I have had classmates call me and say “Hey, I saw your letter in U S A Today!”.

h. If anyone contacts you and wants to learn more, send them to our fb group Citizens for Criminal JUSTICE and to the website, www.citizensforcriminaljustice.net .  If they want to know more about Citizens for Criminal Justice, or if they want to do a radio or TV interview, you can handle it, or if you’re not comfortable doing that, please send them to me: kenabraham3138@gmail.com or 302-423-4067!

O K, people, take a little time to get set up with the Letters and the email addresses, and DO it!  You know the old saying: “If you’re not part of the solution, you are part of the problem”.  This will take you about 20 minutes, or less, each month, and YOU can have an enormous impact!

Do what works to reach the maximum number of fellow citizens and decision makers!

Thanks.
