I do have a question, could I have signed something in my lease that would obligate me to vacate immediately, or is that something that is not an option legally for a landlord tenant situation? I do know that in cases such as halfway houses, or recovery houses that one could be asked to leave immediately legally?
In a text from the landlord he did say that he would send copies to of the lease, but he said that he terminated the lease for October & November, due to non payment of rent.
Yes, you probably did. I drafted the Lease/Rules for DIMH. They usually give you 2 weeks, but they CAN boot you out immediately.
